Tickets purchased online or over the phone will be automatically refunded and if you purchased in person, please return them to the SOFMC box office for a full refund. VICTORIA, BC (June 6, 2011) – Ready to continue the musical journey that has thrilled legions of fans for nearly two decades, blink-182 is back in 2011 and will be augmenting their U.S. tour with a series of Canadian dates this August. Mark Hoppus, Tom DeLonge & Travis Barker will bring their signature sound to Save-On Foods Memorial Centre in Victoria on Tuesday, August 30th, featuring Rancid and Against Me! as special guests.

With thirty-million-plus records sold worldwide, blink-182 is currently putting the finishing touches on their first new recording together since 2003. The new album will follow in a hit-filled discography that includes their 2001 #1 album Take Off Your Pants and Jacket and self-titled 2003 effort. The group is actively pushing their musical boundaries, all while keeping a firm hold of the multi-platinum blink-182 sound that took them to the top in the first place.

Seminal punk band Rancid has provided the soundtrack for youth for close to 20 years now beginning in the mid 90's, as punk leapt from relatively isolated local scenes onto the worldwide stage. The platinum selling group – featuring Tim Armstrong, Matt Freeman, Lars Frederiksen and Branden Steineckert – will be returning to the studio immediately following this string of shows to continue work on their eighth studio release set to drop in 2012, which also marks the 20th anniversary of Rancid.

Against Me! is an American rock band formed in Florida in 1997. After a series of independent label releases, they signed with Sire/Warner for New Wave, which SPIN named “Album of the Year” in 2007. In May 2008, Rolling Stone chose Against Me! as "Best Punk Band," and the band released the Butch Vig-produced White Crosses in 2010. Currently, the band is gearing up for the release of their brand new two-song digital/7" that will be released through Sabot Productions on June 14, 2011. This new 7" offering marks a new beginning for the band; they recently left Sire/Warner and have plans to release (and re-release) several pieces of work over the course of the year and beyond. The group currently includes founding member, lead vocalist and guitarist Tom Gabel, guitarist/vocalist James Bowman, bassist/vocalist Andrew Seward and drummer Jay Weinberg.

Thrilling more than 8 million people worldwide since the show premiered in 1999, Dralion is the fusion of ancient Chinese circus traditions and the avant-garde style of Cirque du Soleil. The Show

The name Dralion (pronounced “Drah-lee-on”) is drawn from its two main symbols: the dragon, representing the East, and the lion, representing the West. Dralion derives much of its inspiration from Eastern philosophy with its perpetual quest for harmony between humankind and nature. The international cast features 52 world-class acrobats, gymnasts, musicians, singers and comedic characters.
