Ando, who placed 4th overall at the 2010 Vancouver Winter Games, hails from Nagoya, Japan. She will be joining the Tour when it glides into Victoria, BC on Tuesday, May 10th, 2011 for a 7:00 PM performance at the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre.
