(Dec. 9, 2009 Victoria, BC) – The Sears Stars on Ice Presented by Samsung Tour celebrates its 20th Anniversary in 2010, by bringing you Canada’s favourite skaters and a new generation of champions, the stars from Vancouver.  On Tuesday, May 11, 2010 this year’s highly anticipated production will visit Victoria, BC at the Save On Foods Memorial Centre delivering the nation’s greatest performers and competitors.  

The Sears Stars on Ice Presented by Samsung Tour is proud to welcome Four-Time World Champion & Four-Time National Champion Kurt Browning.  Kurt will be joined on the ice by the stars of Vancouver and medalists from the 2010 World Figure Skating Championships.  “I am thrilled to once again be performing with the Sears Stars on Ice Presented by Samsung Tour, and in my 20th consecutive year with this amazing production.  This year our country is lucky enough to host the 2010 Olympics, and I am really looking forward to continuing the excitement and to be sharing the ice with some of our nation’s most talented figure skaters,” said Browning.

The Sears Stars on Ice Presented by Samsung Tour, founded and produced by Olympic Gold Medalist Scott Hamilton, is one of the premier family entertainment events in Canada.

Random Line-up Policy:
For most Select Your Tickets events in conjunction with the promoter or venue, we institute a lottery draw for walk-up consumers 15-30 minutes before an onsale. Numbers after the number drawn will line up sequentially. Any numbers preceding the number drawn will line up at the end of the line. Any patrons arriving after the draw will line up after the last ticket. This is to ensure consumer fairness.
