Following is an alphabetical
listing of Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre
services, policies and
guidelines to make your visit
with us more enjoyable:
Air horns are not
permitted.
We will be happy to
Announce Birthdays or
Anniversaries at our Salmon
Kings Games but we require a min
of 48 hours notice.
All guests
are required to sit in the
Assigned Seats
as indicated on their valid
event ticket. If you have an
issue with your seat please
inform any of our guest service
personnel to help rectify the
situation.
The Automated Teller Machine
(ATM) is located near Gate
#2 beside the north east
concessions on the Main
Concourse Level as well as at
Gate #1.
Banners, flags and signs
are permitted at games and
events, provided they do not
interfere with the event, cover
any advertising or building sign
or carry disparaging or obscene
messages. Signs larger than 24"
x 24" must be able to roll up or
fold. Also, signs cannot be
affixed to any part of Victoria
Arena. Poles to display banners,
flags or signs are not
permitted. Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre
reserves the right to remove any
sign they deem to be
inappropriate.
Balloons of any kind are
not permitted in Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre
because of safety.
Cameras (Digital
included) are permitted at games
provided that they are still
(not video)
cameras and no flash photography
is permitted once the game has
started. Cameras are not allowed
for events, unless an exception
is made by the artist or event
production. Under no
circumstances are video cameras
allowed at any time.
Cellular phones are
permitted, provided they do not
interfere with other guests’
enjoyment of the game.
Children (two years of
age and older) require a valid
ticket at events and games in
Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre.
Containers (including
bottles, cans, thermos bottles
and coolers) are not permitted
in Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre for the safety
and protection of our other
guests.
The Family seating or
alcohol free seating section is
section 104.
Fan courtesy is
an important element of
everyone’s enjoyment at any game
or event. We ask that all guests
adhere to the Save-On-Foods
Memorial Centre’s Code of
Conduct and Courtesy. For

The First Aid Station is
located near the concourse.
Emergency medical services
attendants are available at all
hockey games, as well as during
events.
Outside Food and
beverages are not permitted.
(The only exceptions are for
medical reasons or baby food)
There is a no
Ins and Outs
policy in effect for all events
excluding emergencies, medical
situations or anything deemed
necessary by Save-On-Foods
Memorial Centre staff.
In the event that you become
separated from your child, the
Customer Service kiosk located
at Gate #1 on the Main Concourse is the place to report
lost children. Should this
situation arise, please contact
Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre staff member
immediately.
Lost and Found is located
at the Customer
Service kiosk located at Gate #1 on the Main
Concourse. Articles are kept at
the booth through the next day
and then are stored for 30 days.

Telus pay phones are
located outside Gate #1. You
will also find pay phones near
the dressing room on the East
side of the building.
Parking on Pembroke and
Dowler street is residential
only. Please not park there when
coming to an event.
Pets are not permitted in
Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre, however, all
service animals are welcome.
Please notify your ticket seller
at the time of purchase if an
aisle seat is required to
accommodate your service animal.
Pucks and lacrosse balls
will sometimes leave the ice
surface and land in the seating
area of Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre. You are
urged to be alert and to follow
the play and the puck at all
times. Our medical staff should
be there to assist you in the
event that you are hit, however,
if you require immediate
assistance, contact any member
of the security or ushering
staff and report the incident.
Fans are welcome to keep pucks
that are shot into the stands
however, as long as there is no
interference with the game.
Ticket speculators or "scalpers"
are not recognized ticketing
agents of Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre. If you
purchase lost or stolen tickets
from a non-authorized agent, you
risk being removed from the
seats you are in upon the
presentation of a replacement
ticket by the legal ticket
holder.
The Public Skating
Schedule
can be found on the
City of Victoria Recreation
Services website at

Smoking is not
permitted anywhere inside the
Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre at
any time. Designated smoking
areas are located outside gates
#1 and #3. A valid event ticket
will be required for re-entry,
please keep yours with you at
all times. Provincial
regulations state that smoking
must not take place within three
meters of public and workplace
doorways, open windows or air
intakes
Hockey and lacrosse sticks,
pucks and lacrosse balls are not
permitted to be brought into
Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre. Please refrain from
carrying these into the arena as
they are unnecessary for fan
participation. Anyone with one
of the noted objects will be
asked to return it to their
vehicle.
Guests must have a Suite
ticket for admittance
into the suites. The only
exceptions are special
invitation parties & meetings,
or valid passes (ex. event
specific pass).

Call for pick up of
pre-paid tickets is located at
the Select Your Tickets box
office beside gate #1 on the
southwest corner of the
Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre at
1925 Blanshard Street.
